Dr Ng Yuk Hui is a fellowship trained, consultant Ear Nose Throat (ENT) surgeon. He is also the medical director of The ENT Specialist Centre. Prior to joining The ENT specialist Centre, he was the Chief of Rhinology in the department of Otolaryngology in Singapore General Hospital where he also held the positions of Adjunct Assistant Professor in Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School and Senior Clinical Lecturer of the National University of Singapore, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine.
Dr Ng graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1998 and completed his speciality training in Otolaryngology in Singapore, where he graduated top of his cohort and was awarded the FAMS Gold Medal for Otolaryngology. He obtained the Ministry of Health‘s Health Manpower Development Award to subspecialise in Rhinology, Endoscopic Skull Base surgery and Allergy at the University of Texas Southwestern, Dallas. He works closely with several neurosurgeons to offer minimally invasive surgeries for Pituitary and Skull base Tumours.
Dr Ng’s clinical interests include sinus diseases, endoscopic pituitary and skull base surgery, and the management of nasal allergies. He also had an active interest in thyroid disorders and sialendoscopy.
During his academic career, Dr Ng is a regular speaker in numerous local, regional and international courses. He has also published widely in sinus disease and endoscopic skull base resection. He is also an active member in the ENT community where he is an executive committee member of the Singapore Society of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery.

Dr Dawn Teo is a fellowship trained, consultant Ear Nose Throat (ENT) surgeon. She is also the medical director of The ENT Specialist Centre and was appointed Adjunct Assistant Professor in Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School.
Dr Dawn received her Medical Degree from the National University of Singapore in 2000 and went on to complete her Specialist training in Singapore, where she graduated top of her cohort and was awarded the Academy of Medicine Gold Medal for Otolaryngology. After her specialist training, she was awarded the Health Manpower Development Program fellowship and went on to pursue a clinical fellowship in Otolaryngology at The University of Texas Medical Center in Dallas, USA. She is also an accredited Robotic surgeon (da Vinci) and is trained in advanced techniques of Sialendoscopy, a minimally invasive procedure for salivary gland disorders.
Over the course of her career, Dr Dawn has been featured as an invited speaker at numerous local, regional and international conferences. She has also published widely in multiple international journals and books chapters. She is also an active member in the ENT community where she has been appointed honorary secretary of the Society of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery.
Dr Dawn Teo’s clinical interests include snoring and sleep disordered breathing, sinus conditions, allergies, tonsil problems, hearing problems, thyroid conditions, robotic surgery (da Vinci), and sialendoscopy for salivary gland conditions.
Dr Dawn has a passion for teaching and believes in molding the future generation of doctors. She remains an active teaching faculty for the Singhealth Residency program, and was recently awarded the Outstanding Faculty Award. She continues to serve as visiting consultant to Singapore General Hospital and KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital where her main role is the training of young otolaryngologists.
Consultant ENT Surgeon
Dr Low Meiyi is an experienced fellowship-trained Paediatric Otolaryngology (Ear Nose Throat) surgeon. She was a senior consultant and former Head of Department of Paediatric Otolaryngology at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital (KKH), where she has practiced since 2014.
She received her medical degree from the National University of Singapore in 2003 and after completing her specialist otolaryngology training in Singapore, was awarded the Health Manpower Development Program fellowship and pursued a clinical fellowship in Paediatric Otolaryngology at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne, Australia. Her specialty interests include children’s ear and hearing conditions, nose, throat and upper airway breathing conditions, snoring and sleep disorders.
She is actively involved in the ENT community where she was previously appointed as an executive committee member of the Society of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. She is passionate about teaching and was a Core Faculty for the Singhealth Otolaryngology residency program paediatric module since 2014, recently being awarded the Singhealth Residency outstanding faculty award in 2023.
As a mother to 2 teenage girls, as well as having worked with children for over 10 years of her clinical practice, she understands the unique needs and concerns of the paediatric patient and their families.
